The first show dog at Whiskey Ridge, Shine is both a standout in the ring and a loyal companion at home - often serving as Bethany's "road dog" working state to state. Physically he brings easy, floating movement and eye catching expression. Temperament wise he knows no stranger and has moderate energy - fun outside on the farm and a perfect couch potato off duty. Shine would best pair with a female needing a headpiece with more breed type, strong front, a bit shortening of the back, and good bone. His puppies are friendly, curious, bold, and loyal with strong biddability.

We owe our journey into show dogs to Corey Michael Hayes who not only bred Shine but also encouraged us to show him in the conformation ring. Thank you also to handler David Welsh for the expert piloting to Shine's championship.
